ALUMINIUM DROSS....
Aluminium dross
is transported in large-volume sacks to our plant and they
are stocked in the closed covered stock house. These sacks
are transported to the own technological line. The
mechanical final sorting of input into several fraction is
as the first operation. Roughest metal content fraction is
sold for product RECAL. The middle-size fractions are
finish-milled and repeatedly sorted. Finest fraction is used
for own input treatment. This treatment consists in
catalytic decomposition of input material under the higher
temperature and pressure with water, in under the
circumstances multi step heated reactors. Generating gaseous
products with hydrogen, methane and ammonia content are
exhausted to the combustion chamber and generated heat is
used for heating of decomposition process or for evaporation
of water from brines. The brine is generated from the
separation of solid and liquid phase of produced sludge from
desintegrative reactor. Further the solid phase is washed
multiply; thereby it gets clear of rest water-soluble
materials to the required level. An inert product, free of
hazardous characters with aluminium oxide, aluminium
hydroxide, aluminium oxide-hydroxide content and with
accompanying elements (silicium, magnesium, calcium, ferrum)
is generated by input material decomposition and additional
washing. Inert material is mixed with cementing material and
additional raw materials and pelletizing of this inert
material is made. Pellets are finish-dry at required minimal
moisture, dust parts are sorted and final product is
dispatched. Liquid phase with water-soluble soil content
evaporates. Washing water is generated by cooling of
exhausted waste vapour and final washing water is used for
decomposition water to the reactors water. Brine
concentrated solutions are put into crystallization.
Generated crystals get dry, are mixed with appropriate
components and the result is covering or refining soils,
which are used on aluminium metallurgy (e.g. EKOSOL B or
ECOSAL).
The
technology is specialized to use all waste materials, to be
wasteless. Solid phase is used for products named ALCATEN,
ALMAGEN and other products are in process; these products
are used among others as the substitution of fluor-spar for
ferrous metallurgy.
Our
